- Cleaning fee US $ 35 for a stay of up to 7 nights
- Cleaning fee of US $ 125 for a stay from 10 days on (cleaning every ten days)
- Monthly rent includes water, internet, and electricity
How can I pay?
We offer bank transfers to our Costa Rica bank account and PayPal payment. To reserve your place we request a 50% down payment. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. If booking within 7 days before arrival the whole amount has to be paid.
